Position: Account manager / customer success manager
Location: Curaçao – fulltime
Are you the new customer success manager that we are looking for?
Studio 8 Architects is a leading architecture firm based in Curaçao, specializing in designing innovative and sustainable buildings that positively impact the communities we serve. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and support our continued growth.
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international customer success and account management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs and project requirements are met
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion by understanding client needs and market trends
- Ensure all client communication is clear, concise, and professional
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in international customer success and account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
