S8 Architects uses the latest BIM (building information modeling) software, in order to make complete and photorealistic images of the buildings that we design. Additionally, we are able to provide 3D prints, 360 views and virtual walkthroughs of ongoing and/or new projects. This way, you will be able to (virtually) walk through your new living room and hold a detailed 3D model of your home in your hands.

Project management is the key to a successful project. At S8, we understand the client’s concerns at every project. We aim to minimize risks in every stage of the project, starting with efficiency of construction disciplines, adequate financial management and the monitoring of budgets.

Additionally, we focus on the most economical purchasing within the client’s demands. Because of our many years of experience on the Caribbean islands, S8 architects has good relationships with local contractors and suppliers. This has been the trademark for our company: our team has skills that were learned in combination with a lot of local experience with a wide variety of projects and budgets. 

In addition to our exterior renders, S8 architects is able to provide realistic interior renders of all our projects. Our office uses the latest 3D modelling software (3DS max & Revit) in order to create photorealistic images of our projects.

The interior renders play an important role in the decision making process, when it comes to finishes and choosing materials for example. Do you want grey square tiles in combination with a wooden kitchen, or are you going for a marble look? The renders of different options will help you to make these important decisions, together with our designers.
