The Triangle office | Otrabanda | Curaçao
The Triangle Curaçao is a contemporary office complex situated at the heart of the prestigious Otrobanda business district. This property boasts three distinct buildings, including two monumental structures and a modern edifice. It also features a spacious parking area, thoughtfully designed communal spaces and meeting rooms for tenants and their visitors, as well as an in-house catering service.
We had the chance to undertake a renovation project, infusing it with a modern touch. Our primary emphasis was on enhancing the interior design. Given its status as a monument, this undertaking presented its share of challenges. We confronted issues like outdated wiring and plumbing systems. Additionally, as architects, we were committed to preserving and honoring the essence of the original design to the greatest extent possible.
